Allen & Belle Air Community School Family Invites
2nd Harvest: Monthly food drive service for the SBPSD community from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The dates are September 24, October 22, November 26, December 24, January 28, February 25, March 25, April 29, May 27, and June 24.
Faith in Action: A community response organization that supports residents facing immigration challenges, rent increases, evictions, unsafe living conditions, workers’ rights violations, and more.
San Mateo Adult Education (ESL classes): Daily ELL classes are Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Evening classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
YMCA Case Management: Biweekly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, providing community resources, financial empowerment, mental health and wellness, housing assistance, and parent workshops.
YMCA Parents’ Wellness Workshop: Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM on February 11th, February 25th, March 11th, March 25th, April 8th, and April 25th.
Peninsula Food Runners: Food drive every Monday at Allen Elementary and every Tuesday at Belle Air Elementary at noon for community families.
Mobilize Love: Every Tuesday at 3 PM at the Belle Air campus: food, library, stage, stories, and a mobile health clinic for the Belle Air and Allen Elementary communities.
CORA Services: Providing support for those affected by intimate partner abuse, including counseling, emergency housing, and legal assistance. Sessions are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on January 6th, January 20th, February 3rd, February 17th, March 3rd, March 17th, April 7th, April 21st, May 5th, May 19th, June 2nd, and June 16th.
Cafe with Rosa at Belle Air Community Center: 9:00–10:15 AM on the last Tuesday of every month. Ms. Rosa Morales is a pillar of the San Bruno community. For more than 20 years, she has called San Bruno home. Her children attended SBPSD schools, and she continues to be an integral part of our community schools. We invite you to come break bread with Rosa, connect with neighbors, and share what’s on your mind.
